Russell Construction has a robust safety program in place to protect our employees; this is the backbone of that program:

• Supervisors ensure the protection of the owners Interests and property throughout the project.
• Onsite supervisors perform daily Safety meetings.
• Operators perform daily equipment inspections.
• In-house management performs weekly Audits. The results of these audits provide additional opportunities to amend our safety program.
• All Accidents are immediately investigated utilizing in-house management personnel and outside consultants when necessary.
• All Employees are subject to random drug testing. All employees are pre-tested as a condition of employment.
• Russell Construction has collaborated with Wyoming OSHA through the voluntary EVTAP program.
